Returns

Items purchased online can be returned in-store in Paola within seven days of the order delivery date.

Damaged or used items are NOT returnable.
Due to health and safety, underwear and swimwear cannot be resold therefore are NOT returnable.

Items must be returned with all the tags and packaging when applicable.

Refunds

All items purchased online and in-store are non-refundable. In case of the wrong item ordered, please visit our store to have the item exchanged.
